Guarantee and Delivery




Guarantee



Your piece of jewellery is guaranteed for 6 months from the date of purchase and is covered for any manufacturing faults or hidden defects. This guarantee is only valid for normal use and with proof of purchase.

 




Delivery



For any order over 100€, postage via recorded delivery is offered free of charge within France. Free international postage is also offered for orders over 200€.

 

Orders are usually processed within 24 working hours, then dispatched from L’Atelier d’Amaya.

For every order, you will receive an email confirming the dispatch of your parcel and the tracking number.

 




Returns and Exchanges



If you are not fully satisfied with your piece of jewellery, please contact our customer service within 14 days of receipt by email on [email protected]via chat or phone +33 (0)5 56 81 57 71 from Monday to Sartuday 10:00AM to 6:30PM to arrange an exchange, a voucher or a refund. For your returned items to be accepted, the need to be unworn and in their original packaging. Every return to L’Atelier d’Amaya must be via recorded delivery. Postage fees are at your expense. Engraved items cannot be returned of refunded.




Repairs



If your guarantee has expired, your piece of jewellery can still be repaired. We will provide an estimation of the cost of repair at L’Atelier and once accepted, we will proceed to repair it and send it back to you soon after. Repairs will only be performed once your payment has been received.
