Refunds
What is the deadline for obtaining a credit or a refund?
You have 14 days to return your jewels. They must be returned in their original packaging. Small reminder : we cannot take back engraved jewelry (see “Terms and conditions”).
I made my purchase in a physical store
You can drop your jewels in a L’Atelier d’Amaya store with your proof of purchase (receipt, bank statement). We will give you a store credit valid for 2 months in the shop (as indicated on your receipt, we cannot refund in store purchases).
I made my purchase online
You can return your jewelry to our workshop by mail: send an email to our customer service at [email protected], we will then provide you with a return form that you have to complete and slip in your shipment
We will send you a store credit by email or refund you on the payment method used to place the order. The return of your order to our workshop is at your expense *.
You can also drop your jewels in a L’Atelier d’Amaya store with your proof of purchase (receipt, bank statement). We will give you a credit or refund you upon receipt of your jewelry at the Atelier.
